Helping women get to a better place in their lives.

Life’s challenges can sometimes feel dark, heavy, or even impossible to deal with.

Most women who start trauma therapy feel stuck repeating the same painful patterns or like they want to escape their life. They also notice feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and unfulfilled.

Trauma therapy can help you start making better decisions, improve your relationships, and feel like you no longer have the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Do you feel tired, stressed, or guilty?

Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • You wake up every morning feeling overwhelmed and depressed, sometimes tired from not having a good night’s sleep.

  • You feel there are so many things to manage and your forever growing “to do list” leaves you feeling completely overwhelmed.

  • You don’t have time for yourself.

  • You find it challenging to be in the moment or present while juggling a career, partner, or family.

  • You feel disconnected from others.

  • You are starting to feel the feelings related to the loss of a loved one.

Trauma therapy can help you enjoy life.

It’s possible to feel better. Imagine a life where you can…

  • Figure out who you are and what direction to go in next.

  • Work towards goals that you’re excited about.

  • Feel less stressed, relaxed, and get a good night’s sleep.

  • Have time to take care of yourself, exercise, and have fun.

  • Get along with your significant other and enjoy time together.

When you heal your trauma, you’ll also improve your relationships with yourself and your partner, family, and friends. You can build the loving relationships you’ve always wanted.

How trauma therapy works:

Trauma therapy consists of 60 or 90 minute one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I play an active role by asking questions and guiding you towards healing. Here’s how it will work:

  1. I will provide a safe space so that you feel comfortable sharing with me.

  2. Through hearing your experiences, I will begin to get a picture of your strengths and the challenges you face and how you cope with them.

  3. Keeping your individualized goals in mind, we will explore emotional experiences using EMDR.

  4. Over the course of our sessions, you will start making progress towards the life you desire.

Research shows that Trauma Therapy can relieve many types of psychological stressors. As a certified EMDR therapist, I will explore memories whether they are in your present or past, to help you process them in a safe environment that will help you move forward in the future. Therapy can help you let go of what’s holding you back and move forward with the life you want.
